Lucy is a bubbly, always friendly Accredited Practising Dietitian, who is always looking to empower clients to establish a positive relationship with food, whilst striving to reach their goals. She is passionate about helping individuals to reach their optimal health, supporting them to make realistic and sustainable changes tailored to their individual lifestyles.
Originally from Noosa on the Sunshine Coast, Lucy has always loved FNQ so when the opportunity came to move here, she jumped at it and hasn't looked back since!
In her spare time Lucy lives an active lifestyle - whether that be a sweaty workout at the gym, running or walking on the Esplanade, or exploring all the waterfalls, beaches, and mountains that FNQ has to offer. She always doesn't mind a cheeky cocktail and cheese platter on the weekend!
Some of her special interest areas include Type 1 and Type 2 Diabetes, gut health and IBS, paediatric nutrition, and chronic disease management. Lucy has completed the Monash FODMAP and IBS training for Dietitians, and paediatric eating and feeding training courses.
