At Health Management Dietitians we offer online consultations for your convenience.

• All meal plans and resources emailed to you during or after the consultation

How an online Dietitian consultation works:

• Make an online appointment either via phone (4051 9093) or click the ‘Book Online’ button below and select ‘Online consultation’ appointment when you choose who you would like to see.

• You will receive a booking confirmation via email along with some necessary forms to fill in prior to your online appointment. This includes a secure link to complete your credit/debit card details, which is then stored in our encrypted system, which is PCI-DSS certified.

• At your online appointment time, click the link provided to you and our Dietitian will do the same. We endeavour to run on time, but sometimes we might be up to 10 minutes late, so please be patient and stay on the video call. We will contact you if we are running more than 10 minutes late.

• At the end of your online consultation, we then charge your credit/debit card through our secure portal. If you are eligible for a Medicare rebate, we will process this for you and it will go back into your bank account you nominated to Medicare. If you are eligible for a private health rebate, we will send you the invoice to claim back through your health fund.
